Description
Steam is a convenient mean for transmiting energy throughout the food and beverage industrial processes.
The steam used in these operations are usually divided in two categories: sanitary or industrial. The sanitary steam is used for injection, cleaning or sterilizing operations involving direct contact with the product. Industrial steam or simply steam is used in the other operations.
